Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Act as Project Lead / Project Manager, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Sales).
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time launch.
  • Coordinate with customers to define product requirements, specifications, and project updates.
  • Support OEM / ODM manufacturing projects for Personal Care, Cosmetic, and Household products.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager in NPD.
  • Proven experience in Personal Care / Cosmetic / Household product development.
  • Experience working in OEM / ODM manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international customers.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic and household product regulations and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Language Requirement

  • English proficiency required
