Communication & Operations

  • Own and manage public-facing channels (e.g., social media, website, PR)
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for timely, high-quality content delivery
  • Create and oversee copywriting, editorial calendar, and content operations
  • Manage SEO direction, event logistics, and CX-facing updates
  • Liaise with customer support and track user feedback for communication improvement

Branding & Campaign

  • Craft compelling brand campaigns across all lifecycle stages
  • Drive big ideas and creative briefs with design/agency partners
  • Oversee in-store brand experience and seasonal campaign execution
  • Coordinate product marketing, promotion strategy, and reputation management
  • Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives with cross-functional input
  • Conduct brand/UX research and monitor brand health metrics

Partnership Collaboration

  • Support co-branded campaigns and content with hotels, events, airports, etc.
  • Coordinate PR & activation efforts for strategic partnership launches
  • Help build a library of pitches, decks, and brand assets tailored for B2B partners
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or campaign management
  • Creative agency or corporate brand team background is a strong plus
  • Proven experience leading 360° marketing campaigns or seasonal activations
  • Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, CMS platforms, SEO basics
  • Strong copywriting or editorial mindset (Thai & English)
  • Excellent project management skills across stakeholders and timelines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally (Design, BD, Ops, Support, etc.)
