E-commerce & Sales Operations Executive

MUST U is the Thailand branch of a Korea-based parent company.
The company operates an import and distribution business for products from South Korea and continues to expand its business through Live E-commerce and Influencer Marketing channels.
Currently, MUST U is growing rapidly and is looking for team members who are eager to learn, develop themselves, and grow together with the organization.
Position: E-commerce & Sales Operations Executive
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
Work Location: Sermmit Tower (Asok) — Convenient access via MRT Sukhumvit or BTS Asok
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Process & System Setup
Design and develop end-to-end E-commerce & Sales Operations processes
Design workflows for order processing, packing, delivery, and shipment tracking
Analyze issues and propose improvements
Establish standard documentation and reporting formats for internal teams and management
2) Online Channels & Partners Management
Manage daily operations across online platforms (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop / Company Website)
Set and align pricing, promotions, and campaigns across all channels
Coordinate with offline partners regarding product information, pricing, and promotional activities
3) Inventory & Forecasting
Manage multi-channel inventory
Analyze sales performance and market trends to forecast product demand
Plan inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations
4) Order, Delivery & Payment Management
Verify orders and related documentation
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and 3PL partners
Monitor deliveries in accordance with SLA and reconcile payments (including COD)
5) Platform & External Coordination
Act as the main point of contact with E-commerce platforms
Coordinate on campaigns, platform policies, KPIs, and store account issue resolution
6) Data Ownership & Communication
Serve as the central owner of sales, inventory, and delivery status data
Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and solutions to internal teams and management
Qualifications
Experience in E-commerce, Sales Operations, or Operations roles
Experience coordinating and communicating with E-commerce platforms and offline partners
Strong analytical skills with data-driven and systematic decision-making abilities
Understanding of multi-channel sales (Online & Offline Partners)
Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work cross-functionally
Good command of English
Korean language skills are a plus
