Key Responsibilities:

General Accounting

  • Record and verify all financial transactions in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)
  • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support the preparation of management reports, cost analysis, and profitability reviews.
  • Provide variance analysis against budget and previous periods.

Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit tax filings (PP30, PP36, PND1, PND3, PND53, etc.) in compliance with Thai Revenue Department regulations.
  • Ensure accurate VAT, WHT, and corporate tax processing.
  • Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance documentation.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Assist in compiling annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with department heads.
  • Monitor actual spending against budget and highlight variances.
  • Maintain records of CAPEX and OPEX for data center operations.

Support for Financial Processes

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments on payment and financial matters.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 5 years or more working experience in accounting or finance roles (GL/AR/AP/Fixed Asset/Tax).
  • Familiar with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Experience in finance/accounting within infrastructure, real estate, or data center industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero).
  • Good command of English and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel to other provinces for business meetings and site visits
