Job Description

  • Assist the Accounting & Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and necessary adjustments.
  • Proactively reconcile and manage the general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
  • Review COGS, inventory, and fixed assets to ensure alignment with accounting standards.
  • Calculate provisions for reinstatement costs and IFRS 16-related entries.
  • Prepare corporate income tax calculations for mid-year and year-end submissions.
  • Provide essential support during both internal and external statutory audits.
  • Perform monthly inter-company confirmations and year-end confirmations for bank and accounts receivable balances.
  • Update bank matrix and coordinate with banks regarding interest income and withholding tax (WHT).
  • Support the Accounting & Finance Manager with any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualification

  • Male or Female Age 32-36 years old.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in AP, AR, and GL accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC365) is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai tax compliance, Thai GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Demonstrates leadership, service-mindedness, proactiveness, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
