Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and introduce potential new dealers to expand the dealer network.
  • Manage dealer location planning, including evaluation, presentation, and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Develop and propose designs for single-showroom concepts in alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee and monitor showroom construction progress to ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Assess and mitigate dealer-related risks, ensuring alignment with company policies and operating requirements.
  • Conduct audits and site visits for incoming distributor channels, including location inspections and final acceptance approvals.
  • Coordinate and support showroom construction activities as required.
  • Verify and approve showroom construction quality—including materials, equipment, tools, and overall readiness.
  • Conduct showroom acceptance evaluations covering personnel readiness, skill levels, operational processes, and execution capability.

Job Specifications / Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational management, corporate development, or strategic planning in automobile importer or retailer environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Business Development (BD) or Network Development is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with solid organizational management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of finance, economics, market environment, and related industries.
