Dealer Network Development Director (Automotive)
Overview:
Responsible for acquiring new partners and expanding showroom network nationwide.
Responsibility:
- Identify and analyze potential markets for
dealer/showroom expansion
. - Develop and implement strategies for
network growth and market penetration
. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with potential
dealers or investors
. - Oversee
dealer onboarding
, training, and setup process. - Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and act as a main point of contact.
- Monitor dealer performance, ensuring alignment with
brand standards and KPIs
. - Collaborate with
Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Legal, and Construction
teams for smooth execution of expansion projects. - Supervise showroom
renovation and construction projects
, ensuring on-time and cost-effective completion. - Drive
sales growth initiatives
through the dealer network. - Conduct regular
audits and compliance checks
to ensure consistent customer experience.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field
(Master's degree is a plus). - 7–15 years
of experience in
network development, dealer management, or franchise expansion
in
automotive industry. - Minimum
2–3 years
in a managerial or leadership role. - Strong
business acumen and investor connections
. - Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
in Thai and English. - Proven success in
dealer or partner acquisition and performance improvement
