Officer-Oversea Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers and Oversea Agent either by email, telephone or face to face.
- Provide pricing and delivery information to Oversea agent or Customers.
- Respond promptly to customer and Oversea Agent inquiries with rapidly timeframe.
- Handle and resolve customer or agent complaints.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Manage and take care customers' accounts.
- To be able to explain a wind range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related field.
- Experiences for 3-4year in Coordinator, Customer Service in Ocean Freight Forwarding, Import-Export and Shipping
- Good command of English.
- Good communication, Presentation skills and Negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Location: FYI Center Building, Bangkok (Klongtoey), Rama 4
