Sales Performance and Target Achievement

  • To coach, monitor, and steer retail partners towards achieving all business targets for retail sales and penetration for all financial products
  • Monitor and analyze sales funnel to provide insights and corrective actions to retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Co-develop, advise, and help implement retail sales strategy with retail partners that are aligned with strategic campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales, penetration, and profitability

Center of Information for Product and Service Offering

  • Ensure sales consultants have full knowledge and understanding of market situations, vehicles and financial products
  • Ensure basic product knowledge for both vehicle and financial product offering is fully understood and mastered
  • Ensure vehicle retail sales campaigns are fully understood inclusive of terms and conditions, discount criteria, and incentives/commission payout
  • Gather automotive and financial market movements and communicate to internal stakeholders to ensure competitiveness
  • Be knowledgeable and guide retail partner teams to utilize various digital front end systems  (Salesforce, STS, CMD, etc.)
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to provide resolution for agents

Relationship Management

  • Promote good relationship between MBTh and retail partners
  • Main point of contact for agents to align sales strategies and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure F&I personnel deliver exceptional customer service to retail customers

Process Management, Standards and Reporting

  • Monitor agents sales process and manage sales funnel
  • Efficient sales report with weekly, monthly, quarterly monitoring
  • Onsite discussion and routine agent visits
  • Manage data quality for order intake, order bank, STS, penetration, etc.
  • Monitor productivity, penetration, and campaign effectiveness
  • Update and follow up CSI related matters to improve CSI score and satisfaction Maintain, reinforce and communicate all MBTh agents standards are met, implements, and adhered to
