Sales Force Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:

· supporting SF for sales team, delivery and implementation SF effective priorities.

· Daily report update customer database, daily promotion and coordinate Sales, Marketing and Medical Team.

· Support track and monitor SF KPIs including field engagement report, Sales performance related BI/Dashboards and Customer engagement touchpoints report, etc.

· Engage internal stakeholders to execute Sales Force Effectiveness program to support business strategy execution.

· Actively implementation and utilization of SF tools to support call effectiveness.

· Coordinate Sales team & cross-functional team to achieve alignment and ensure effective and operation

· Salesforce and SAP experienced skills are preferable.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business IT is preferred.


• years of solid experience in data management, analysis and presentation is preferred.


•     Strong knowledge and skills in Data analytics and Project Management.

· Intermediate in English or proficiency in English is acceptable

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to operate well under pressure handling multiple tasks.

· Proficiency in MS. Office, Especially advance in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, Sumifs)

· Be able to work well under pressure with a resilience mindset.

· Attention to detail, good communications, and interpersonal skills
