About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Product Design Officer to join our team

In this role, you'll turn innovative ideas into real, tangible products that align perfectly with our brand identity — balancing creativity, production feasibility, and cost efficiency. You'll also play a key part in ensuring every product detail is precisely documented and ready for production.

What You'll Do
  • Design new product packaging that reflects the brand's visual identity and market trends.
  • Prepare product assembly documents to ensure production accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and validate design files and printing specifications before release to production or suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, and other teams to align product design with business needs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and design innovations to inspire new ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects with a balance of creativity, practicality, and efficiency.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product or packaging design.
  • Strong understanding of materials, printing processes, and technical constraints in product design.
  • Hands-on experience preparing print-ready artwork and production documents (a plus).
  • Skilled in 2D & 3D design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a creative yet practical mindset.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
