Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the plans of the Cashier Department, driving relevant units to ensure the successful implementation of the Department's plans.
  • Initiate various projects for the Cashier Department to align operations with the strategies of the Division and the Company.
  • Monitor overall operations, including data analytics, process improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor productivity tracking of the Cashier Department to enhance competitiveness within the Division, continuously improving work processes and employee efficiency.
  • Coordinate, promote, and participate in projects or activities related to the Cashier Department.
  • Ensure that the Cashier Department complies with risk management policies and external regulators, while also preparing reports and information as required by both internal and external regulations of the Company.
  • Supervise operations and budget expenditures of the Cashier Department.

Qualifications:

Education : Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Analytical thinking, work planning, control, monitoring, evaluation, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in English, use of calculators and computers, and basic software programs.

  • Ability to work under high pressure. 

  • Knowledge of financial, tax, and accounting systems. 
  • Experience in planning and developing IT projects related to financial systems or accounting tasks, including supervising, controlling, overseeing system testing, system implementation, and providing user training until completion.
