Job description

  • Follow up on and request payment for reinsurance premiums and claims on a per-policy basis, and record accounts payable and receivable in the system.
  • Prepare monthly reports on outstanding reinsurance premiums and claims receivable/payable, including monitoring policies with PPW (Premium Payment Warranty) conditions, and update the status report of reinsurance premiums.
  • Review documents and record the Outward Statement in the accounting system every quarter.
  • Prepare the bank reconciliation statement.
  • Prepare and submit reinsurance information to the OIC.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Audit experience is a plus
  • Proficient in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
  • Good command of both Thai and English
