We are seeking Procurement Officer to join us. In this role, you will be involved in daily procurement activities, primarily focusing on packaging and Marketing, with additional assignments as needed. The successful candidate will be required to understand sourcing in alignment with procurement policy compliance, demonstrate strong spend analysis capabilities, and possess strategic negotiation, communication (internal and external), and problem-solving skills. The ability to build reports is also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute daily procurement activities focused mainly on packaging and marketing categories.
• Source goods and services following company procurement policies and compliance rules.
• Conduct detailed spend analysis to find cost-saving opportunities and inform procurement decisions.
• Lead and execute effective negotiations with suppliers to secure the best value, quality, and terms.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
• Proactively identify and solve operational issues or procurement challenges before they escalate and cause delays.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and performance.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Support internal stakeholders by quickly finding solutions that meet their project or material needs.
• Prepare and present accurate procurement reports to track performance, spending, and savings.
• Collaborate with the global procurement community, sharing and adopting best practices for local application.
• Ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery of materials as committed to internal teams.
• Assist with the implementation of the new ERP system.
• Collaborate with the Legal and stakeholder on contract reviews, and manage contracts lifecycle.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ISO standards and contribute to their continuous improvement within company policies and procedures. Ensure zero Corrective Action Reports (CARs) from audits and enhance controls to align with company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, with specific experience in packaging, printing materials, or related categories is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and procurement processes.
• Expertise in data analysis and the ability to interpret spending data to drive savings (spend analysis).
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable terms.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• A collaborative mindset, open to sharing knowledge and adopting global best practices.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office and familiar in using google environment to build clear and comprehensive reports.
