Job Purpose:

The AEC Marketplace Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company's online marketplace strategy across AEC countries. This role ensures growth, visibility, and profitability of products on regional e-commerce platforms by optimizing listings, driving sales performance, and building strong partnerships with online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Marketplace Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement marketplace strategies for AEC countries (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and local platforms).
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns to maximize sales.
  • Ensure alignment of marketplace strategies with the company's overall business goals.

2) Sales & Performance Management

  • Monitor marketplace KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, traffic, ROI) and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through marketplace optimization and innovative sales initiatives.

3) Category & Product Management

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products online.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product content (images, descriptions, SEO keywords).
  • Manage product portfolio visibility and assortment strategy per market.

4) Marketplace Partnership & Operations

  • Act as the primary contact with marketplace account managers and platform representatives.
  • Negotiate campaigns, joint promotions, and platform support for visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and requirements.

5) Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Support finance in managing marketplace settlements and payment reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other AEC platforms).
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluent in English
  5. Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
