Job Summary:
The
E-commerce Marketplace Specialist
owns end-to-end operations and growth across
ActionCity (Thailand)
's online channels; TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify (website), LINE Official Account, and future marketplaces. The role covers front-end (listings, pricing, promotions, ads, lives) and back-end (orders, returns, stock, shipping, refunds), including delivery management and full coordination with Third-Party Logistics providers. You are the power user who sets up tools, fixes integrations, and turns data into sales, especially for limited drops and pre-orders.
Job Description:
Strategy, Calendar & Merchandising
- Build a monthly/weekly
marketing calendar
per platform (launches, limited drops, pre-orders, bundles, payday/mega events). - Own
onsite merchandising
: collections, badges, sorting, product highlights, cross/upsell blocks. - Set pricing ladders, vouchers/coupons, bundles, add-on deals, and keep
promo hygiene
consistent across channels.
TikTok – Creators & Ads
- Recruit and manage
creators/affiliates
: brief, assets, codes, tracking, and ROI reporting. - Plan and optimize
TikTok Shop Ads
(e.g., Spark/Video Shopping Ads) to hit CTR, CPC,
CVR
,
ROAS
, and keep refund/cancel rates low. - Continuously test hooks, thumbnails, creatives; scale winners and cut underperformers.
- Maintain product pages that sell: TH/EN titles, images/video, key value points, short FAQs.
Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth (All Platforms)
- Run in-platform ads for
Shopee MyAds
and
Lazada Sponsored Solutions
; manage
TACOS
across channels. - Keep pixels/feeds (where applicable), basic SEO for Shopify, and
UTM discipline
in place for clean measurement.
Operations & Fulfillment
- Create and publish product info (titles, specs, prices, images, variants/SKUs).
- Test promo setups (codes, bundles, pricing rules) before go-live; coordinate with agencies if needed.
- Make weekly reports: customer profile, payment mix, sales/orders, best sellers, and key insights.
- Handle customer tickets, returns/exchanges/lost items with clear SLAs.
- Monitor shipping with Operations and Third-Party Logistics; follow up delays and exceptions fast.
- Work with MyCloudFulfillment for stock, pick/pack, dispatch, and return cases.
- Manage marketplace content and attributes; keep listings accurate.
- Create monthly marketplace promos/banners aligned with the calendar.
- Report performance (sales, best sellers, campaign results).
- Work with marketplace KAMs on visibility (search boost, coupons, lives).
- Take care of after-sales (tickets, refunds, ratings) to protect shop health.
Marketing Coordination & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to execute
promotions, digital content, and product launch campaigns. - Prepare product decks, sales presentations, and short product videos with assistance from creative teams.
- Help set up mini-sites, product pages, or banner assets during new product launches.
- Support special projects such as pop-up events, online sales campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Analytics, Reporting & Forecast
- Build weekly dashboards: sales, units, traffic, CVR, cancel/return rate, On-Time Delivery, ads, top SKUs, live performance.
- Run
post-mortems
after lives/campaigns and turn insights into next tests and actions. - Forecast demand for launches and replenishment; propose PO/ETA scenarios with Merch/Overseas Procurement.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's in
Marketing, E-commerce, Business
, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years
in e-commerce/marketplace
marketing
with hands-on ownership of
TikTok Shop
(must), plus Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada. - Proven results in ads optimization, promo mechanics, live/creator programs, and CRM/remarketing.
Technical Skills:
- Platforms:

- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier/Make/AppScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of

and marketplace policies.

Native or fluent. - TOEIC score of at least 600+

- Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 (Bangkok HQ)
