Scope of WorkMaintenance engineer will perform project management including devilment and execution of action plans by the weekly and monthly report. Plaining and action for inspection maintenance equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance of common area of industrial estate (landscapes, road, drainage system, lighting system). Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost and all expenses. To do will in this role the Maintenance engineer should have previous experience in civil work or environment work. The Maintenance engineer will support the day to day running of the area by ensuring that ongoing maintenance is carried out promptly and to the required standards. This will often involve multitasking and variety of skills will need to be deployed.Key Responsibilities:Leading and coordination project management and enhance maintenance improvement project.Implementing, managing, and controlling the preventive maintenance plan.Handling schedule repair and maintenance.Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.Diagnose mechanical issues and correcting them.Providing support in repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.Any other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related Engineering. (GPA > 2.75)At least 1-3 years working experience in the field of facility management or construction work.Excellent English skills (TOEIC > 450)Proven maintenance experience, very good presentation technique and ability to use AutoCAD and Sketchup in advantageous.Experience performing PM plan, project management and budget preparation.Strong organizational and follow up skills.Strong time management skillsGood interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsWork well in a high-pressure environment. Well organized and efficientTeam player, flexible approach and willing to learn.A strong creative, Positive, Motivated and result driven.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWork Location : AMATA Chonburi Office, Chonburi (km.57, Bangna-Trad Road)
