Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental management policies and ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF
  • Provide technical guidance for the design, inspection, installation, and repair of buildings, machinery, and equipment.
  • Planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Plan, monitor, and control maintenance activities to achieve departmental goals and maintain quality standards in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues effectively and improve safety issues and effective operational performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities (i.e., Electrical system) and equipment to identify and reduce potential risks.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and spare part stock control.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and implement emergency preparedness measures.
  • Develop and train subordinates to enhance work efficiency and performance.
  • Propose procurement of tools and equipment to support maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (Electronic/Instrument Engineering knowledge) is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in industrial plant maintenance and at least 5 years ofexperience in maintenance management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical, Electronic & Instrument Engineering.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
