Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time payment for all employees
  • Calculate monthly payroll including salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and other earnings
  • Handle statutory deductions such as personal income tax, social security, provident fund, and other deductions in compliance with labor and tax laws
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related statutory filings and reports (e.g. PND 1, PND 91, Social Security Fund)
  • Maintain and update employee payroll data in Payroll systems and HRIS accurately
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and external parties (e.g. Revenue Department, Social Security Office, auditors)
  • Review payroll reports and provide payroll-related analysis and management reports
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions in a professional manner
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll processes
  • Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Support HR and Compensation & Benefits projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, personal income tax, and social security regulations
  • Experience with payroll systems or HRIS (e.g. SAP, Workday, B-Plus, TigerSoft, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience handling payroll for a large employee population or multi-entity payroll will be an advantage
