General Summary of Position

The Senior Supervisor - Production job is mainly to lead all subordinated in dipping section, set section objectives, control and manage the production with 4M ( Machine, Material & Method) to produce good condoms compline with standards, improve the quality of products year on year, minimize variance of products , control rejection in target level, saving material usage, deliver good products to next process for meet shipment plan, and effectively utilize resources for achieve all production commitment target.

The person in this position must coordinate and participate in every activity of safety, health, environment and report the unsafe act to build up BBS (Behavior based safety) in area, minimize any injury occurred in the section, and join activities regarding to ISO 14001.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities

• Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations, and other Risk Management requirements.
• Actively use the safety calendar (or contribute to the activities prescribed in the Manager's calendar) as an accountability tool to measure safety performance and to promote the development of EHS culture.
• Build up BBS (Behavior based safety) in area

SHE Management

• Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations, and other Risk Management requirements.

Safety Risk Management

• Ensures compliance with all internal and external safety, health and environmental instruction, rules and regulations.
• Ensures that the place of work under their control, is safe and without risk to health or the environment, by conduction regular audits, inspections, and training.
• Ensures prompt remedial action and accurate investigation and reporting of all accidents and incidents.
• Ensures that all chemicals and production waste are handled, stored, or disposed of in a safe and proper manner.
• Comply with and monitor work practices are according to the Company's Ethical Business Conduct Policy.
• Monitor and comply to local, regional, and as per Suretex policy manifested Human Rights principles.
• Maintain proper crisis management- and disaster response plans and execute regular "drills "to be prepared for proper and timely crisis responses.

Quality Management

• Basic Quality Management System
• Maintain and improve 5S & GMP in working place
• Ensure all products compliance standard

Production Management

• Working with Production planning for the commitment plan
• Control the production as per plan and feedback concerns on time basis
• Manage effective on the resources including people, materials usage, and rejection as per the set objectives
• On time deliver, Control WIP and Section expense

Human Resources Management

• Identify the training need and development plan
• Delegate responsibilities to staff
• Lead, Facilitate and Empower work team
• Manage effective workplace relation
• Core competency (our company)

Key Position Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any related field, Rubber Technology / Science / Industrial administration, or Engineering.
• In case of education degree/field does not match with above requirement, relevant proven experience within LifeStyles or related manufacturing such as rubber or medical device products could be considered

Job Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in industrial and 2 years in manufacturing mid management level.
• Working Experience that related system e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Good knowledge in latex compounding chemistry and latex technology

Knowledge and Skills

• Production and process problem solving
• Good command of spoken, written English and computer skill
• Production planning and control
• Quality Control Knowledge, Basic Computer Knowledge
• Operations Management, Leadership & Empowerment and Team Building
• Latex related manufacturing process
• Basic of machinery maintenance

Desirable Job Competencies

• Skill of use computer program Microsoft Word / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft PowerPoint /Stock control system/ Statistic analysis tools such as Minitab
• Leadership and managing People and coaching for Performance
• Planning & Organizing
• Delegation
• Coordinate and participate in every activity
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)

• Job mobile and travelling abroad for work
