Production Senior Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor production to achieve targets, prepare raw materials, tools and machinery, supervise, advise and teach subordinates.
  • Implement the P-D-C-A plan.
  • Follow up on work progress, report any issues to supervisors and take corrective action.
  • Teach and develop subordinates, supervise subordinates to strictly follow the Work Manual (WI).
  • Ensure that subordinates comply with the company's rules, regulations and announcements, including punctuality.
  • Review KPIs progress and take corrective action.
  • Improve and develop the production process to be more efficient in order to increase productivity under an appropriate cost.
  • Allocate manpower in line with production plans.
  • Cooperate with Quality dept. and Engineering dept. to prevent and solve quality problems in the production process.
  • Solve various problems in the production process and improve the production process to be more appropriate, taking into account quality and safety (Kaizen Process, Design Tools)
  • Perform and be responsible for other duties related to management as assigned by the Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Production Technology or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production, Experience in improving production lines to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • At least 1 year experience in quality management system
  • Leadership, planning, team building, leading teams and problem solving skills.
  • Good attitude, be honest, diligent, patient, dedicated and dare to make decisions.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Have knowledge of quality systems and environmental systems (ISO)
