Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze, design, and enhance ERP/Business Applications, focusing on Oracle ERP solutions
  2. Collaborate with key users/end users to gather and analyze business requirements
  3. Lead and supervise ERP support/development teams
  4. Oversee ERP implementation, customization, and system integration (Oracle ERP)
  5. Manage ERP projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget
  6. Provide user support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting
  7. Prepare user documentation, conduct training sessions, and guide users
  8. Work with vendors/consultants for Oracle ERP development and continuous improvements
  9. Analyze data and prepare reports to support management decisions
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • 5–7 years of experience in ERP, particularly with Oracle ERP
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, support, and customization
  • Strong experience in Project Management and team leadership
  • Solid understanding of business processes (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams effectively
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Oracle ERP Certificates are a plus
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
