Customer Service Representative (Thai Speaker)

We're looking for a dedicated
Customer Service Representative (Mono Thai)
to join our team in Bangkok In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support through calls, emails, and chat while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Follow company policies and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Thai (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work
    onsite
    at TP Bangkok
  • Willing to work
    rotational shifts
    , including weekends and public holidays
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but
    fresh graduates are welcome
