JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead Quality Engineer team to maintain plant quality system, drive for continuous improvement to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction with optimized resource.
  • Manage the team to support the quality activities in new product development and APQP phase.
  • Manage team to submit PPAP in time.
  • Maintain and improve quality company wide, which include contributing to quality planning, ensuring meaningful goals are established and monitoring quality goals/key indicators to ensure they are successfully achieved.
  • Manage the Q-planning team to support quality activities in product development. Ensure APQP approach used in product development.
  • Manage the QE team to control the quality of product in process. Control non-conformance both externally and internally. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actions.
  • Handle the customer complaint and quick response.
  • Manage ISO 9001 (and other management system requirements such as ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, etc.) and fulfill Quality System Management Representative role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Over 5year related plant Quality management experience in automotive industry.
  • Automotive industry knowledge like IATF16949, VDA6.3 and 5 manual.
  • Good skills in communication, result orientation, decision making.
  • Can communicate English or Chinese
  • Experience in PCBA Supervisor level 5 years
  • Experience in SPC tools, 8D report and FMEA
