RF Engineer

Roles & Responsibility

• During projects take full responsibility for that the antenna RF performance meet customer requirements.
• Communicate results with and communicate to get correct design input from customers.
• Provide design feedback and proposals to customers.
• Simulate, mockup and evaluate new antenna designs for automotive products.
• Evaluate and develop antenna/RF designs for new/innovative automotive antenna concepts.
• Perform RF evaluations of mechanical manufacturing technologies for automotive areas.
• Prepare RF parts of project documentation.
• Perform CPK and other evaluations of production quality and work proactively to assure the stable high yield production.
• Support production line setup and trouble shooting. Support and resolve design related production issues.
• In other ways support the company product and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in antenna, electromagnetic field, communication engineering and related majors
• 2+ years Antenna and RF circuit design experience (Automotive Antenna design experience is preferred)
• Familiar with Antenna and RF circuit testing equipment and setup
• Familiar with Electromagnetics simulation tool (HFSS, CST)
• Familiar with Circuit simulation (ADS)
• Familiar with PCB layout software and generate the Gerber file (AD, PADS)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
• Proficient in spoken English.
