Receptionist & Office Administrative (2 Year Contract)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Front Desk & Visitor Management:
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and candidates in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and directing calls effectively while taking accurate messages.
- Serve as the first point of contact for external inquiries and internal requests.
Administrative Support:
- Collaborate with departments and indirect procurement to ensure a consistent and adequate supply of office supplies and stationery for all departmental needs.
- Manage the office facilities , meeting room booking to ensure proper and ready for daily operation and organize catering as requested.
- Handle and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Prepare and process monthly reports, including telephone and facility-related expenses.
- Provide administrative as assign.
Experience & Education:
- Proven work experience in an administrative, front desk, or support role is preferred, new graduates with relevant internship experience or a strong academic record are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- No specific minimum academic qualification is required, but a strong work ethic and relevant experience are essential.
- Good personality and fast learner
- Positive attitude and service mind.
- Ability to work under stress and deal with the public effectively in a professional manner.
- Good English communication skills.
