About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at DL Public Relations' office in Bangkok, Thailand. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and managing office operations to ensure the smooth running of our fast-paced public relations agency.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee all administrative functions including office management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and procurement
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders and maintaining an organised stock system
- Support the leadership team with project management, research, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Liaise with service providers and vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality services
- Provide Mandarin-English interpretation and translation support as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new administrative staff
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Thai
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements, event planning, and vendor management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour
