Key ResponsibilitiesOversee administrative and procurement functions to support daily business operationsManage procurement processes including vendor sourcing, quotation, negotiation, PO issuance, and contract coordinationControl and monitor procurement and administrative budgetsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective servicesEnsure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and audit requirementsManage vendor relationships and conduct vendor performance evaluationSupervise and guide admin/procurement staff (for Manager / Assistant Manager level)Prepare reports and support management on admin and procurement-related mattersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields5–10 years of experience in Administration and/or ProcurementSolid understanding of procurement process, vendor management, and office administrationGood negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksGood command of English (written and spoken)Experience in multinational or professional service companies is an advantage Why Join Bureau VeritasGlobal organization with strong professional standardsInternational working environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsOur people are ambitious and humble, believing in what they do and convinced that our purpose is shaping a world of trust.
