Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategy, content calendars, and KOL activation plans.
  • Manage daily operations: posting, monitoring, community management, and influencer integration.
  • Work with influencer teams to select, brief, and manage KOLs.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, etc).
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and influencer landscape.
  • Lead reporting and recommendations on both social and KOL performance.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of social media management experience with KOL marketing exposure.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
