We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join NIPA Cloud (Inhouse marketing). This role focuses on creating engaging content for social media, writing scripts for podcasts, and being a visible representative of our brand. If you love storytelling, enjoy being on camera, and have a passion for technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging and educational content related to cloud computing and technology.
  • Write and edit social media captions, blog articles, and promotional materials.

2. Podcast & Video Content Production

  • Write scripts and develop content for a bi-monthly (twice a month) podcast on cloud technology and digital transformation.
  • Confidently present and host podcast/video content, sharing insights in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality video and audio content.

3. Brand Representation & Community Engagement

  • Appear in marketing videos, webinars, and live sessions to engage with the audience.
  • Build and grow an online community through interactive content.
  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering engagement with followers.

4. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and analyze content performance using social media insights and analytics tools.
  • Adjust content strategy based on audience feedback and engagement metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, scriptwriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience in writing engaging social media content and podcast/video scripts.
  • Confident and charismatic on camera—comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
  • Experience in video content creation, hosting, or live streaming is a plus.
    • Passionate about technology, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Basic video editing skills (using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
