Job Summary
This position will be responsible for building and leading the digital marketing function to emphasize the use of AI tools and social media platforms to enhance efficiency and performance. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to establish brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the company's website and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Line OA.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, paid media, email, and CRM platforms.
• Lead performance marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
• Design and oversee content strategies that balance awareness, engagement, and conversion, tailored to specific target audiences.
• Utilize AI tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation to enhance content creation, campaign efficiency, and overall performance.
• Build and position the new brand in alignment with the corporate group's identity and long-term vision.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
• Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be advantageous.
Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record of Social Media, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
Media Relations Skills:
• Strong understanding of media landscape and trends, with the ability to identify media opportunities and craft compelling pitches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful press releases, media materials, and content for diverse audiences.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative PR ideas and storytelling angles.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies in response to changing priorities or market dynamics.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools, as well as digital analytics platforms.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, Marketing Automation, and AI tools.
• Understand the camera settings, such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and light management.
• Familiar with using the camera and various accessories, such as lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment.
