Job Summary

As a Digital Media Planner, you will develop and manage multi-channel media campaigns, translating client objectives into actionable strategies. You will monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Responsibility

  • Provide excellent account servicing to ensure clients' campaigns deliver against expectations.
  • Plan, develop, present, and execute online media campaigns in multiple channels.
  • Consult with clients and other agency staff to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate media proposals by research. Provide necessary support in the execution, managing, and optimization of online media campaigns.
  • Monitor the results of all campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and meet the clients' goals.
  • Provide campaign reports with results, campaign conclusions, and suggested optimizations.
  • Clear brief to Optimisation team.
  • Agreeable KPI with Optimisation team.
  • Supervise team in managing the projects or campaigns (for Manager Level).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 3 year for Senior Level and 4-6 years of experience in media planning, preferably in a digital agency for Manager Level.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing media budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms and ad optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business.
  • Passion for digital media and eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
