Position:Digital Media Planner – Senior Digital Media Planner

Job Description Summary

We are currently seeking a Digital Media Planner at the Junior to Senior level to serve as a key client and account management stakeholder. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing digital media strategies, targeting audience plans, and allocating budgets according to briefs and campaign objectives.

Junior Planner

• Assist in planning, implementing, and optimising digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
• Collect campaign data, analyse performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with client objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines under supervision.

Senior Planner

• Lead campaign planning and execution with minimal supervision.
• Translate client briefs into measurable strategies.
• Oversee campaign optimizations and manage client communications.
• Mentor junior planners and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Junior Planner:

• 1–2 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing (preferred).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of DV360 or TikTok Ads.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Basic understanding of media buying and campaign pacing.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong time-management abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.

Senior Planner:

• 3–5 years of experience in media planning or buying (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in advanced Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills, including Data Studio/Looker and Excel.
• Solid understanding of attribution models and tracking methodologies.
• Experience in budget allocation and multi-channel media planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong interest in, and understanding of, digital technology and industry trends.
• Strategic mindset with proactive communication, mentoring ability, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills.
