About the role

As a Senior Media Planner/Planning Manager at Publicis Groupe Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing dynamic media strategies that drive measurable results for our retail and consumer products clients. Based in our Pathum Wan, Bangkok office, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with our talented team to plan, optimise and evaluate integrated media campaigns across a variety of platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to uncover key consumer insights and competitive intelligence
  • Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and budgets
  • Negotiate and secure the most advantageous media placements and partnerships
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations for optimisation
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the planning team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital and client service teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, innovations and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in media planning, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sectors
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated media campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and media owners
  • Proficient in using media planning and optimization tools
