Responsibilities;

1.    Develop Marketing Strategies:

Formulate and implement marketing strategies plans to strengthen brand awareness and equity for the assigned product(s).

2.    Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Initiate and manage marketing activities aimed at acquiring new customers and enhancing loyalty among existing customers.

3.    Integrated Communication Planning:

Plan and execute marketing communications across all relevant channels, including digital, offline, and social media platforms.

4.    Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost control and timely tracking of monthly expenditure.

5.    Operation Support:

Provide support for any ad hoc tasks or operational activities as assigned by the supervisor.

6.    Market Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance. Prepare clear, insightful reports and present finding in English.

7.    Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Monitor brand performance and key marketing KPIs. Evaluate the impact of ongoing activities and adjust strategies to optimize results.

8.    Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies and objectives.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Marketing experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • High sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and a service-minded approach.
