Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Control OTB budget in line with company's business target.
  • Manage and develop P&L and drive market growth.
  • Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyze trends in customer spending.
  • Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
  • Set pricing strategies, inventory, and product investment to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.
  • Ensuring product selection is aligned with market trends.
  • Analyzing product performance & sell-through tracking on a monthly/ seasonal basis.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas.
  • Preparing annual and quarterly budgets and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing promotions, sales, price changes, etc.
  • Identifying trends and monitoring supply and demand.
  • Maintain and Manage business relationship with Principal.
  • Daily/ weekly manage and monitor Sales Performance, Stock, Allocation Plan, Inventory Level, and Incoming Goods and taking action when needed.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
  • Mininum 3-5 years of direct experience in brand management, product management, or buying in fashion retail is a must.
  • Strong skills in buying, merchandising, planning and budgeting/ OTB, and product & brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills to work out present and future trends.
  • Open minded and pro-active.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Numeracy skills and ability to use computer modelling software (Excellent in MS Excel).
  • Strong communication abilities in English and presentation skills.
