Position : Outbound Corporate Sales

H.I.S. Tours Co., Ltd. are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to promote and sell corporate tour packages. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Outbound Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by proactively reaching out to potential corporate clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales opportunities. This role focuses on identifying new business prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle to achieve revenue targets. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand client needs in order to deliver value-added solutions.

  • Business Approach

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients through research, networking, email and calling for visiting.

  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
  • Sales & Negotiation

  • Present and promote tour packages tailored to corporate needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate customers.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service.
  • Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Provide feedback to management for product and service improvement.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  2. Must have at least 3-5 yrs of experience in Outbound Corporate Sales to potential Corporate clients (B2B) and corporate account management from travel industry.
  3. Must have experiences in approach new corporate clients (B2B) and travel agencies for Outbound Market.
  4. Must have strong sales skills and negotiation skills, especially in B2B and corporate environments inOutbound Market.
  5. Ability to develop customized tour packages for Outbound markets
  6. Knowledge of visa processes, travel regulations, and destination highlights
  7. Experience in coordinating with airlines, hotels, and local suppliers
  8. Able to work under pressure and flexible
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
