SkillLane is Thailand's leading E-learning platform, offering online courses for individuals (B2C), corporate learning solutions (B2B), TUXSA online master's degree programs, and CPD/insurance license training. We empower professionals and organizations to grow through continuous learning.

We are looking for an Outbound Telesales Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to drive course repurchase and re-engage existing customers across SkillLane's learning products.

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote individuals (B2C), corporate learning solutions (B2B), TUXSA online master's degree programs, and CPD/insurance license training, and E-learning packages.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant courses or learning programs.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture customers, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain and update customer information and call activities in the CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with returning learners and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Course Development, and Customer Success teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Provide insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategy and campaign performance.
  • Ensure high-quality service, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing (preferably in online education, insurance, or subscription-based services).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and manage call logs efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.
