Sales Development Representative

Amity Robotics is an AI company delivering intelligent concierge and automation solutions for hospitality, commercial buildings, and customer experience environments. We work with global hotel brands, malls, and enterprise clients to redefine how people interact with technology.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of SDR or sales experience, as well as fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in B2B sales and technology.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for Amity Robotics' AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential leads and target accounts (hotels, commercial buildings, enterprises)
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and lead follow-ups
- Learn and clearly communicate Amity Robotics' products and value proposition
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach and qualification targets
- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales and engaging new prospects
- Basic understanding of B2B sales or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Based in Bangkok or willing to work in Bangkok
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology-related sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, etc)
- Experience selling to hospitality, real estate, or enterprise clients
