Our client is a large multinational company with various brands and a global market share leader in the home appliance industry. They design, manufacture, and market a comprehensive range of household products, from refrigerators to cooking and cleaning appliances. The brand includes some of the most trusted names in home appliances, known for their quality, reliability, and durability. The company's operation spans across multiple continents, from Europe to North America and Asia. Currently, they are seeking an Experienced Retail Performance Manager to take on the following role:
RETAIL EXCELLENCE MANAGER - CONSUMER ELECTRONICS
The sought after candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:Sell-Out Strategy & Execution
- Implement and drive the national sell-out strategy across modern trade retail stores, traditional trade dealers, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand stores.
- Lead sell-out data analysis and performance tracking; generate actionable insights from data and competitor trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to allocate resources (PCs & POSM) for promotions, demo events, and activations.
- Manage BTL (below-the-line) budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Promoter (PC) Management:
- Lead a team of direct subordinates and 100+ in-store promoters.
- Set monthly sell-out targets by channel and improve promoter efficiency (cost per head).
- Supervise PC incentive schemes and optimize manpower allocation (Pool Promoters, Demonstrators, etc.).
- Monitor promoter performance and capability through store visits and performance grading.
- Oversee PC recruitment, training programs, and monthly engagement activities.
Collaboration & Field Execution
- Ensure strong coordination with supply chain, distributors, and retail partners to maintain stock availability.
- Foster key relationships with retailers, dealers, and partners to enhance field execution.
- Leverage digital tools (e.g., CRM, sell-out tracking apps, planogram software) to improve visibility and performance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior sell-out or promoter management role (Manager/Supervisor level) preferable in the Consumer Electronics or FMCG sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing stakeholders and leading teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and BI tools.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
