Responsibility

  1. Deliver end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) program by collaborating with both internal and external instructor to promote, executing the development programs effectively, facilitating and evaluating the program as well as record training information into the HR system and issuing monthly report.

  2. Translate business direction/trends/needs/problems into the training programs to solve and improve the effectiveness and possibility of one of those.

  3. Focus on building Employee Engagement with respect to Corporate Core Values to enhance a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and good work environment, and to reinforce work life's pleasure through "Work Life's Pleasure" campaigns.

  4. Lead an on-time and in full execution of the Employee Engagement activities

  5. Implement and execute internal communications (i.e., LINE OA, intranet, or regular email bulletin including social media such as a screensaver and other communication platforms).

Qualification

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.

  2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition or Employee Engagement

  3. Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.

  4. Possess "can do" attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.

  5. Connect well with other people, out-going, mature, and trustworthy personality.

  6. Good command of both spoken & written Thai and English.

  7. Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint. / Canva / Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

Work Base Location at the Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn.
