Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of IT platforms to support business operations.
  • Develop and oversee data platforms, pipelines, and BI solutions to enable seamless reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and manage digital strategies to enhance online customer engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions with existing systems.
  • Monitor platform performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the technology team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all IT initiatives.
  • Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders, aligning IT goals with business objectives.

Profile

A successful IT Data Platform Lead should have:
