Role Summary Learning, Talent & Engagement Specialist (AI & Digital)

This role supports the execution of learning, talent development, and people engagement initiatives across the organization, with a focus on training delivery, digital learning content, and AI-enabled tools.

Working closely with the People Strategy & Culture team, the role executes learning programs, supports talent development activities, and contributes to employee engagement initiatives. The role ensures that learning and culture initiatives are delivered consistently across stores and office teams, supporting service excellence and long-term people capability.


Key Responsibilities
Learning & Training Execution
  • Deliver and support training programs for frontline and office employees
  • Conduct classroom, on-site, and virtual training sessions as assigned
  • Support refresher and reinforcement training for frontline teams
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with service standards and learning objectives
Digital Learning & AI Enablement
  • Support digital learning initiatives using AI and digital tools
  • Convert training materials into digital manuals, videos, micro-learning, and online content
  • Support training registration, attendance tracking, and learning records
Talent Development Support
  • Support execution of talent development and leadership programs
  • Maintain and consolidate talent development documentation and learning materials
  • Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and learning coordination
Culture & Engagement Support
  • Support people engagement and internal communication activities
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, learning events, and internal campaigns
  • Create basic visual or digital content to support learning and engagement initiatives
Training Coordination & Administration
  • Coordinate training logistics including schedules, venues, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain training attendance records and learning documentation
  • Support preparation of documents required by Department of Skill Development (DSD)
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain learning records and training documentation
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for management review

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, Communication, IT, or related fields
  • 5–7 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HRD, or related roles
  • Interest in digital tools, AI, and learning technology
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent Computer skills, Ms. Office, Power BI, Canva, AI Digital platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded
