Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit documents for import/export license renewal and applications, including following up on approval status and coordinating with relevant government authorities.
  2. Maintain and manage all import/export license documentation, including renewals and proper filing
  3. Handle import quota allocation requests, prepare import reports, and process refund claims for goods imported under quota privileges.
  4. Oversee the entire purchasing process within the system — coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely procurement operations that meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in import–export operations and customs procedures.

  3. Experienced in coordinating with government agencies such as the Customs Department, Department of Foreign Trade, Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

  4. At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a related industry.
