About the role

Galaxy Automotive Co., Ltd., a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a talented Shipping Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Samut Prakan, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's import and export operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and process import and export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
  2. Liaise with logistics providers, customs authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  3. Maintain accurate records and data related to shipping and logistics activities
  4. Assist in the preparation and submission of customs and regulatory documentation
  5. Provide support in resolving shipment-related issues or discrepancies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience or understanding in shipping or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or import/export industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  5. Fluency in both Thai and English, both written and verbal
