-Ensure compliance with BOI regulations and guidelines for customs and international trade for the manufacturing industry.

- Provide accurate guidance and recommendations to the organization with in-depth knowledge of customs laws, import and export regulations, tariffs and tax rates.

- Coordinate and manage all customs clearance activities, including preparation and review of customs documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Liaise with government agencies such as customs departments, BOI and other relevant departments to facilitate customs clearance of import and export goods. Example; equipment, material import and export processing

- Export customs clearance processing, including communication with brokers, cooperation with freight forwarders, and coordination with finance

- Resolve any customs-related issues or disputes efficiently and effectively, and maintain good working relationships with relevant departments.

- Oversee the end-to-end import and export process, including documentation, customs clearance, shipment and delivery.

- Communicate and negotiate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.

- Maintain accurate records of import and export activities, including shipment details, costs and compliance documents.

- Operate for BOI privileges in accordance with BOI rules and regulations

- BOI material balance inventory management

- Coordinate all BOI processes with overseas headquarters and suppliers

- BOI privilege tax refund processing execution

- Maintain contact with relevant departments of Thai government units regarding transportation and freight forwarding

-Take care of all the process of both Import /export

- Other work assignments related to BOI
