หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

  1. จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารลูกหนี้ - จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) วางบิลให้แก่ลูกค้าตามข้อตกลงในการขายสินค้า / บริการ / ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และ เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกหนี้ รวมถึงบันทึกข้อมูลลูกหนี้ทางการค้าในระบบบัญชีอย่างครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และทันเวลา
  2. ติดตามาและควบคุมการรับชำระเงิน - ดำเนินการติดตามยอดค้างชำระจากลูกค้าตามกำหนดระยะเวลา เทียบกับใบแจ้งหนี้และรายการเดินบัญชี รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง และลูกค้าโดยตรง ในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาหรือข้อโต้แย้งในการชำระเงิน
  3. บันทึกและตรวจสอบรายการับเงิน - บันทึกรายการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกค้า พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยอดเงินที่ได้รับ รวมถึงกระทบยอดการรับเงินกับเอกสารประกอบ และรายงานทางการเงิน เช่น ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และสเตทเมนต์ธนาคาร
  4. วิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้และรายงานยอดคงค้าง - จัดทำรายงานอายุลูกหนี้ (Aging report) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพคล่องทางการเงินของลูกค้า รวมถึงนำเสนอข้อมูลและแนวโน้มความเสี่ยงต่อฝ่ายบริหารเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจ
  5. จัดเก็บเอกสารและควบคุมข้อมูล - ดูแลการจัดเก็บเอกสารประกอบการรับชำระเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และ หลักฐานการโอนเงิน จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารตามวาระและความจำเป็น รวมถึง จัดทำรายงาน และ งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
