SAP S/4HANA FICO

As part of my client's digital transformation journey, we are seeking a passionate professional to join our Digital ERP CoE team for the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation.

The role requires deep functional expertise in
SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)
and will support the Finance workstreams in designing, configuring, and deploying the S/4HANA landscape. The candidate will be responsible for driving standardized, scalable, and future-ready finance processes, ensuring seamless integration with multiple legacy and source systems.

This position will serve as a key link between business and technology teams, leading solution design, master and transactional data harmonization, and end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA Finance capabilities such as
General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
. The candidate will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, Solution Architects, and Technical Teams to ensure the solution is aligned with the global finance transformation roadmap, compliant with governance standards, and optimized for long-term value realization.

Experience

• 5 to 15 years of experience.
• Should have been part of
  minimum 2 full implementation cycles
  with exposure to all phases.
• Strong understanding of
  Finance and Accounts
  .
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (business, consultants, leaders, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

1.Thai & English Proficiency

Collaborate effectively with Thai-speaking Finance users and global teams in English to bridge communication gaps, ensuring clear understanding of financial requirements, process alignment, and system design throughout the implementation.

2.Solution Design & Configuration

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) streams. Define and maintain MDG, SMT, and value mappings for key financial master and transactional data (GL accounts, cost/profit centers, vendors, customers, posting keys) to enable global standardization and harmonized financial reporting.

3.Data Migration & Validation

Lead data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) of open items, balances, and transactional data from multiple source ERPs into S/4HANA. Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and completeness during mock cycles and cutover phases.

4.Integration & Interface Management

Configure and monitor interfaces and data replication between S/4HANA and connected systems. Manage AIF error handling, ensuring smooth financial document flow and drill-back functionality for complete auditability and traceability.

5.Testing, Cutover & Go-Live Support

Develop and execute end-to-end test cycles (unit, integration, and UAT). Coordinate cutover readiness, mock runs, and go-live activities, providing hypercare support to ensure business continuity and system stability.

6.Governance, Controls & Compliance

Enforce finance process governance, change management, and internal control standards. Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation of configuration and operational procedures.

7.Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, IT, and Global Process Owners to validate designs, align on business requirements, and drive readiness for new financial processes and tools.

8.Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process automation, analytics, and performance improvement using Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency.

9.Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Maintain comprehensive design documents, configuration guides, SOPs, and runbooks, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure sustainable handover to business and support teams.
