As an Assistant Risk Management Manager, you will partner with leadership to develop, analyze, and implement risk assessment frameworks, ensuring that business strategies are supported with the right insights, controls, and governance practices. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance risk assessment methods to identify and manage key risks across the organization.
  • Coordinate and advise departments on risk assessment processes in line with the ERM framework.
  • Conduct risk analysis and prepare reports, including Corporate Risk Models, Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and Early Warning Indicators.
  • Create and maintain the Corporate Risk Profile (risk categories, causes, controls, and owners).
  • Lead or facilitate risk assessment workshops and ensure compliance with ERM standards.
  • Act as a liaison and facilitator for Risk Committees and Task Forces.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Risk Management Committee.
  • Perform other risk-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management or Internal Control.
  • Professional certifications such as CFPAI, CIA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of ERM, internal controls, and business process management.
  • Knowledge of risk management in line with GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, ISO9001, and Halal standards.
  • Strong skills in data analytics, report preparation, and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with positive thinking.
  • Analytical mindset, initiative, and team collaboration skills.
