Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for the Warehouse business segment, including market research, customer profiling, and lead generation, to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring that service proposals and solutions meet or exceed customer expectations to sustain and grow the existing customer base.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape within the warehouse and contract logistics sector to identify new business opportunities and enhance the company's competitive positioning.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity development and proposal preparation to negotiation and deal closure, while coordinating closely with operations, solutions design, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service implementation according to agreed timelines.
- Manage and review the sales pipeline, including RFQs, RFPs, tender submissions, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations, and prepare regular sales performance, customer activity, and opportunity reports for management review.
- Drive new customer acquisition and business development initiatives to expand the warehouse customer portfolio in line with company policies and growth strategies.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance against KPIs, and provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any related field).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; service-minded and target-oriented.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must have a personal car and driving license, and be able to travel domestically or abroad.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and flexible with working hours.
